I can't find information about the author of this poem.

If to me is a four-letter word only because it takes you out of the present and puts you solidly in helpless place.  I understand the agony in this poem and it matches a spiral I often find myself trying to break free of.  I just try to remember that all I have to deal with is NOW, and then things don't look so bad.
