I have a a couple of faults that when paired make things harder.
The first one, is to start to do too many things at once and not finishing any of them.
The second one, is to try to do everything myself.
I've made a serious effort to address the first one by focusing my attentions on getting some of my unfinished projects done. Most notably this weekend I've worked on getting the outside of the house completed. I am down to 3 remaining items and hope to be able to complete them all by the end of today! Then, the outside of the house will be ready and will require only maintainence until listing.
The second is the most challenging for me to overcome because throughout my life I've had it beaten into me that "if you want something done right you have to do it yourself". Granted, I am the one who has done this beating. Most recently it was my experience with the lazy dumb-fuck who I hired to finish off my laundry room. But, I have realized I need help getting my bathroom finished. I just don't have the time even though I am very interested in learning and doing tile work. It's going to have to be something I do later on. my workload at work, combined with killing myself after work and all weekend to get this done has made it clear to me that if I don't let that component go...I will not meet my personal deadline.
THIS MUST BE DONE!

When you put your anxieties in terms of "faults" it may make them appear to be more within your own domain ("If I want anything done, I've got to do it myself") but it also gives you one more thing to beat yourself up about. You have accomplished so much in spite of many obstacles, so I hope you remember to acknowledge your achievements. What about a quick review of all the money you've saved by being self sufficient? It may make it easier for you to recognize the practicality of hiring someone to work with you on the bathroom by giving you a moment to pat yourself on the back.
