    Give pomlover1949 a hug

Hugs to you. Don't "lock yourself" away. Your grandchildren are young. They have a life to live -- God willing -- but so do you. Do whatever feels right for you. No it won't be easy to meet someone special. But you deserve to go out of your house and mingle with people -- both women and men. And if you are blessed enough to be sent another "special man," well good. If not, you still need to be around people of your own generation. There is nothing wrong with that at all. Hugs, Bsbrm

Sorry for your loss. The silence can be deafening. I understand your loss as I lost my husband 4 years ago in June. It does get easier but the silence remains. I always have the TV on...day and night. It helps. Hope you find some ways to cope. Love poms...enjoy each of them. And enjoy your family. They are a good support system. As are us at DS. We have been where you are at so can help. Becky
