After 2 weeks on the DASH diet, I've lost 5 lbs! Yippee!!!!! I'm weighing 147 and feeling terrific. Giving up coffee and getting out of the caffeine rutt is helping too. I can't believe how I let myself slip into such a yukky habit. Caffeine free is great!!! I'm enjoying waterfor the first time in 15 years!
