Close Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
My symptoms started in May '05. I was not getting my period, so I was put on Provera. After blood work, internal sonogram & seeing three diff. gyno's, it has been concluded that I have PCOS's. Now I am on Metformin and my periods are regular. I am still having trouble with my weight and facial hair.
Treatments
- Metformin Working / Worked
- Doctor put me on it 500 mg at a time; just went up to 1500 mg. a week ago and my periods have become regular.
