I’m With You
Hello Chuck, I'm 43 going on 25. But really right now I fell like 100. I know what you mean about choking on all the meds. Me too!!! I'm angry this happen to me. I'm the caregiver to all my family and friends. I guess it's time to take care of me for a while. I'm walking most everyday. Take baby steps. Close Heart Attack
145 lbs, BP 100/55, Pulse 52, runner, health nut....with a blocked artery. MI. LDL had been ramping up over last 4 yrs, Dr did nothing. Now I have a stent. And am on all these dangerous meds for life.

Close Anxiety
I've been fighting anxiety-panic problems for 30 years. Most of that time on my own w/no meds (after very bad experiences with the 70's antidepressents/etc) I went from 1984 to 2004 w/o meds at all, refusing to do another SSRI. I finally found a Dr that said "no way" on the SSRI and put me on Xanax XR. 3 years ago now. It changed my life. I highly recommend it.

- Social phobia, bridges, open spaces, panic attacks, all gone.
