I ended my relationship with my mother today. I lost my father to suicide sixteen years ago. Today I realized that my family will be what I create. I hope that it will be a good family and I hope that even though my mother is a bad person that I will not be the same.

- I am able to vicariously live out all of my emotions through singing and playing. Music always makes me feel better about being myself.

- I am luck to have a wonderful husband and some close friends. They actually listen to me when I need them. My husband's family has also really welcomed me as one of their own.
