I've had two days in a row without hell's capmfires burning in my upper GI upon awakening in the mornings. Could this be a trend. Let's hope so!!! New diet is corn flakes with vanilla soy milk, not great up at least it doesn't ignite the bowels of hell. And an occassion bit of a Milky Way helps curb hunger pains and helps calm the fires and best of all it helps me fall asleep. Thank God for Milky Ways and Mar's Candy Company. Over a week before I can see doctor so this will have to do for the time being.
