A pass along Mood
Wednesday, September 9, 2009 | An Educational story
I have come to realize something and that is when someone is being nasty or bitchy towards you there is a certain way to view things while their being ill at you and that is to picture them as a little child with snot running down their nose and having their tongue stuck out at you. It works! My cousin's wife got a bit bitchy with me last week...nothing new and then this image of her as a child and snotty nose came into view and I started laughing my ass off on the inside and realized I wasn't really paying her any attention. I got the jest of what she said but was so amused that I just blocked her out more or less. They say to picture people in their underwear or naked when speaking in front of a large group but that could be more frightening than amusing so why not picture them as a five year old with a wintery snotty nose and their hat on crooked and just being a twit? Works for me. Hope it helps somebody else.

I think that works well, Jon!
About a year ago, I was emailing a man on a "singles personals" website and he was so insulting, I told him he was a twit! I felt maaahvelous afterwards!
BTW, I think those types of websites are bloody awful, especially for older women. There's GOT to be a better way! But probably not where I live.
