I had a world wind day yesterday and kind of paying for it today but that's okay. Everything went well at doctor and I can go back to work on the 18th! That's good. Found out that all of this time off that was coming from my PTO time will be replaced and come from catastrophic time off, so I have over 175 hours of time off before the end of the year! Yahoo! And you're damn right I'm going to use up as much as possible.
A dear and valued friend...my only one in NC and I went mega shopping last evening. We hit Sam's and up and down every aisle then off to Wal-Mart and did half that store and I was beat. We then went out for dinner and had Chinesse food, which I think might have started the process of the diarreha from the surgery or the food was too much for the old stomach to bear, but feel better stomach wise. Got everything that relatives wanted me to get and made them slightly happy, but not all that important in my book as to what they desire or need to be made happy. I'm over that issue and they can all jump in the lake.
My friend turns 60 this December so we are talking about going to some island on the coast of SC near Charleston. We both need to get out of Dodge and I think we can get the house for free so let's hit the road come this December.
Great-niece is due on Tuesday, induced labor but all the same another new member to this dysfucntional family will be added and everybody is so excited. Get working on that quilt Jon. Almost done with the ground of the quilt and she is three weeks early so I'm not that far behind schedule but will spend the rest of the weekend sewing like crazy and the relatives depart tomorrow!!! Yahoo. They won't be back until October for another weeks stay and by then the house should be pretty well settled at least at my end of the house. And hopefully they will come during a work week of mine so it will be like ships passing in the night and blowing off farts at each other. :)
So that's it from this tiny little place I call hell. So, yet another good and tiring day yesterday. Yahoo!
