I have finally found the answer to help me learn to cope with all change and that is...I'm not afraid anymore. Fears have stood in my way way too much but I have finally broken down that wall and have moved forward. As FDR said..."We have nothing to fear but fear it self" so true!
It won't be an easy task to side-step, since living within one's comfort zone is easier even if it is negative, but I have seen the monster and know how to wage war against it.
