I finally got the call and the biopsy of my throat is scheduled for Monday afternoon. I most certainly hope that this is the final test, procedure or whatever that I have to deal with. I'm tired of all of the tests, radiation and especially medical bills piling up. Would love to zap the bills with radiation and say...What bills? I never received any bills!
My jaw is working much better and its much easier to open my teeth. Still a bit difficult when biting into a sandwich but even that has improved since last week. Have noticed that my jaw slips every so often and that there is cracking noises as well. Sounds like TMJ to me, but according to the doctor I don't have it. My neck has been popping a great deal lately as well. I'm not sure if it's all related or not. Life is a bloody mystery at times.
I'm still having difficulty with gnawing on the inside of my cheeck. It gets to a point where the sore is almost healed and then my jaw slips or I bite wrong and there it goes again. Would you like a piece of check with your meal? I'm hoping that when I see the ENT on Monday he can do something with the sore on my check as well. Hope springs eternal.
