i am doing a lot better, my groups are helping me. going back and fourt to the hospital is realy helping me . i haven,t been in D.S to often latly because i have been so busy with the groups . i haven,t forgot about you here , i miss you all so much.sometimes we all have to step backwards to find ourselfs . i spent to much time on my illness and and a enought time on myself. i have another 6 weeks and then i will be finished. hopefulely i will be a better persion.
