I am praying that treatment will give me SVR because it was a very long 48 weeks. As has been said before: Treatment is not fun but it is doable. I finished treatment on August 7th.

Yeah, when I first got back from Key West things weren't going to good. I changed my status..Im a happier camper today~! Thanks for your concern!

I was able to get a few pic's of Willard my rat-terrier when he jumped up on my bed to watch Millionaire. He's 7 yrs. old :)

Close Hepatitis C
Routine physical turned up elevated LFTs. Doc didn't want to check it out...I insisted. He said: "I am not surprised by anything but if you were to come back positive for Hep C, I would fall off my chair." Guess he fell - wonder if he broke anything. Most likely got it from a transfusion years and years ago. Type 1b, liver bx was grade 1/stage 1.
Treatments
- Ribavarin Working / Worked
- Seems to be working because my VL was undetectable at wk 4. Keeping my fingers crossed that it continues.
- Pegylated Interferon Working / Worked
- Seems to be working. My VL was undetectable at wk 4. Fingers crossed that it continues.
