I am more of an herb guy than a med guy in the first place. I read on a coffee discussion on this very site that another gentleman (I have lost the name) brought up an herb. He mentioned that Rhodiola had a positive effect with him and sustained his energy level. I'm all about that!
Sunday (yesterday) was mow the yard day. Before starting me and the wife hit the nearest town and found some of the herb. I popped one at about noon (I was having a bad day for me) and noticed a few things.
On a bad day I just want to sit at the kitchen table and play on the lap top. This day was a little different though. I actually went out and changed all of the belts on the lawn mower and cut about one third of the yard. This isn’t (normally) a big deal, but we have 2.5 acres and this was the second cutting.
I kept my focus and actually stayed on task. It made bad a little better. My wife agreed to try one the next day to see if she felt the same things. We tried that today and she felt nothing. I on the other hand was able to work and stay focused.
I will keep taking these as needed. The difference is in the right direction and it makes my life a little better. It’s worth a try if you’re feeling down. The only other things I take are B complex, Fish oil, Aloe, a multi, Calcium and Prednisone

Wow, I cant believe you got all that mowing done ! If that stuff really works let me know, after you have done it for a couple of weeks. I also herd someone here say MSN ? read lupus or advice boards & you will find it. I take fish oil to. I think it helps with swelling, but also i take it for cholesterol.
