I was up at 4:00 am I was so excited about today. I will be ready early to get to my sisters to eat and visit. I feel good. My appetite is good and ready to eat. I am even driving myself. A friend is staying at my house and watching Trader and Schmoo is going with me. My sister is a great cook so it will be delicious. Can’t wait to get there and visit.

I had a wonerday TG. Was able to drive and stayed the night at my sisters. I had a good appetite I put some justice to. lol
