I am a middle age woman,divorced with two older children a daughter who is 28 and a son , 26. I have been trying to lose weith for a year. I go to the gym and work out, walk with my dog but have to pace myself for energy. I enjoy painting and being in social groups.

Close Fibromyalgia
I have had back pain and some arthritis for many years and have tried physical therapy as well as trainer. I walk every dayfor years but had episodes of all over body pain and lack of energy. When my Dr, a Rhumatologist, diagnosed me with fibromyalgia, It made sense finally that I had this disease and need and want support for it. I am currentyy taking Lyrica but worry about my weight gain. It is helping my pain and energy. I want to talk with others with this disease for support and hopefully to help others as well. I am hoping my experiences are helpful.
