- Throwing myself into projects to avoid thinking too much about the loss.

- My dog and I walk every day without fail, and this really helps clear my head...

- I am nothing and nowhere without God, and His help...

- Talking with a brother and sister I am close too helps a great deal..
Open Caring For Aging Parents
My Dad is deceased, and my mother is living in a Nursing Home in Upstate N.Y. she is 92, and has Alzheimer's Disease..Both of my sisters visit her daily, and my younger brother from down South visits..I go over about every three months, and stay for about 10 days...It is difficult to see her just "existing", and she is very bored....Hope they can get her involved in more activities soon...
