Depression/GAD. Wife, one boy, one child coming. Financial anxiety which cause spousal problems. I love my boy. I love my family and friends. I usually love life. However, I am afraid of failing, hence my finacial/exam anxiety. Recently (end July), my GAD is back. This weekend, my wife broke her water at 25 weeks. She is in the hospital and is in very good care. I know the outcome will be ok, but I cannot stop the panic. I am on 40 mg of Paxil. It was working until this episode.

Treatments
- Paxil Working / Worked
- Was on 20mg off and on. Everytime I went off, GAD/panic came back. Will never stop again. I just wish it didn't make me so hungry. But I rather be happy and fat then chubby and suicidal.
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- It seems to be temporary. I need Cognitive therapy. I will be starting this in a month or two.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- My mom is the best.

I have GAD (generalize anxiety disorder). My main trigger is financial issues. My wife doesn't care about 4 (or she says she doesn't). She is tired of my anxieties about money and says she cannot live with someone like me. She has her issues and I have mine. At this moment, we are both unhappy. For me, it is 'cause she is not nice to my family and is verbally abusive to me when she is stressed. For her, she says she is mostly unhappy 'cause of my anxiety and 'cause she doesn't feel appriciated.
