After school today, and after my psych, I was more than optimistic about my remaining hours to living the 5th of may in the year 2008, and was going to go out strong.

HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO AMIGOS!

I went from my house to the beach, which is about 25/30 minutes running at a moderate/fast pace, but i wonder if it was even longer, anywho I was pleased with my stamina coming along since I started :).

geez, im kinky even without being sexual, guess it has to start somewhere in my family doesn't it? ;)

Not only was I running for fun, I also was wanting to do some photography at the same time, and that I did.  It's unfortunate that I am starting to outgrow my Sony Dsc-W30 Cyber-shot camera, but it does the job extremely well, and has been able to deal some impressive wear and tear.  Only 6 Mega pixels and 3X optical zoom, and it still takes incredible pictures.

It's really uplifting to have the independence, not to forget the freedom to go the places I wish to be at, and learn about the things I've yet to see, although I suppose no matter how much you go through in life, you can always control the amount you continue to experience, for better or worse.

I took around 200 shots, and im sure I got some duds, but definitely did I see and snap some amazing ones, some in black and white with low exposure and high flash with medium contrast, and others in vivid saturated hues and tones, with awesome texture and detail.

I shot flowers, trees, hot sexy men topless at the volleyball courts... well, I was to nervous to see what they would say, but I did get a gay couple on the bench talking to one another from the back, and again it was a risk, but I got the perfect shot in one attempt, so i can't wait to take a closer look :D

I got this awesome portrait/landscape i suppose more of a perspective image of a young woman sitting on the shore, smoking her life to shreds, with the waves beating at the dirty and rock filled sand, if thats what you want to call it, considering you could easily cut your feet, like when I was 5 or something, and stepped on a barbed wire from a vessel in sea, I fucking had to get a tetnis for that one...

Carrying on fierce hot bitches, the photos were a hot mess, thank you Miss Diva Siriano, im always looking up to you in your shoddy petit manhattan apartment.

Theres another beach beside this one, dedicated for dog owners, and I was able to take some burst shot sequences of dogs digging in the sand and wagging their funny rat tails to their owners, some with huge honking branches, caged for their fertile life in their dentaboned mouths, sweating and panting for their attention, just to let them know that they still exist and are the main centre for affection and attention.

As I run back near the center of the beach, I observe my company, a lot of hetero couples, lying on top of one another like they are so proper and unthankful, and here and there some straight guys duking their testosterone for the burnt carrot soup of a basketball on the blueberry, lemon lined court.  But someone was desperate enough to leave red roses on two benches apart from another, which I had never seen before, I was kind of romanced by the though, and as a note, I use words with different meanings, so don't mind that :), you'll get it if you get me and my fingers on the keyboard.

I decided that I had scurried through the shore enough, and wanted to head back home, but with a few pit stops, and boy did I see something good.  Walking back up town I heard through my sony sound cancelling wrap buds a symphony of percussion, french horn, and trumpet, as well as 20 something people in their own troop, squadron, army of festivity and life, dressed in the most flashiest outfits I had seen within months in Vancouver, considering how boring it is here, WE HAVE VIEWS, PURE TRANQUIL AIR, AND MOUNTAINS AND OCEANS, BUT WE ARE MOST DEFINITELY BORING AND DULL.  

Ahem...  So I was just wondering, Cinco de Mayo!!  Could this be one thing?  People around me were puzzled by this, and their cell phone cameras and video cameras were for sure to snap me out of my awestruck, as I reached for my vessel of surveillance, I decided to observe this party of people, i mean fuck me, a 10 year old i think, playing the french horn or tuba like a symphony major?  Thats got to have a lot of guts.  And for some reason it made me wonder if it was for gay pride of some sort, given the rainbow banner on one of the affiliates red hair, but could be my imagination trailing my common sense away, which wouldn't be the first time :) lol.

5 mins of video and images later, and I head straight for home, as it is getting darker, and colder, and all im wearing is my 70's style sea blue and white sport striped Adidas track suit, with a Mexx tank underneath, and I can't stand the dark, eww... stalkers and rapists :P.  

My whole body is getting sore by then, I WAS walking and running and moving for atleast 3 hours by then, and knew I was so close to getting to my favourite Bubble Tea cafe, so I took the plunge for it, and was seated immediately, and only to follow my Watermelon, Mango, Soy, Pearl Smoothie, fucking amazing, like orgies in my mouth after not having any form of liquid or crunch all that time.

And then I walk home in the darkness in my neighbourhood and take a deep breath.

What a magical evening and this will not be the last :).
