Got to see it from the docs perspective too.... steep rise in prescription drug abuse and pain meds are a favorite, then there's the whole lawsuit thing they have to watch out for...it's not a cut and dried issue

yes I agree..I trust my doctor and she trusts me. I would never put her in a predicament where she could get in trouble.

I agree with Abotsd....Walking and stretching are 2 things I try to do everyday,,,If i cant go out for a walk I do the steps when i can. All movement helps because we seize up. Move Move Move as much as u can. I only do low impact exercise when i can. If i do the regular workouts I am bedridden so I would recommend low impact exercise for us women with cfs and fibro....Water therapy is good too!!!! Good Luck to all....BTW Lyrica took away the stiffness in my joints. I am on day 8 and I can tell the difference already. The Lyrica seems to have stopped that achy flu like feeling i get in my joints,,,,Its been 8 days and I just have the pain in neck and back from car accident but the stiffness is gone,,,knock on wood!!!!
