Today after dropping my son off at horseback riding, I went to the hospital to visit my best friend.  She is in a drug stated unconcious.  On Monday night she was rushed to the ER. The dr.'s discovered her intestines had a tear.  Of course surgery was performed to fix this. The Dr's discovered colon cancer.  The one tumor was so large it ruptured.  She now is in ICU and will remain there until she gets stable.  Then once she is moved out of ICU they will be able to determine how bad the colon cancer is.  I will visit her even thou she is unconscious.  When I saw her today she did respond to my voice which was good.  Then went back to the ranch and did some work there. My body is sore so just took a pain pill. 

This week as I wrote earlier in the week is one of the worst weeks I have had in awhile.  Everyone out there including me let's make sure our colons are checked and we take better care of ourselves. This means just getting up in the morning and saying ok I 'm awake let's not complain today it's to early. Next dress and a little bit of moving around to get our bodies moving just is enough to say I did something today and look at me I'm so proud of myself.
