Feeling a million times better than when last wrote, flare up has past thank goodness, but my heart goes out to everyone who is in chronic pain …

Hi everyone, iam married with two children. I own one dog Kyi and an adopted cat who turned up on the doorstep one chilly night and has never left. I have Rhuematoid arthritis i was diagnosed ten years ago. My hands and feet are most affected but i get pain everywhere. I'm due shortly to have another operation on my left foot. I do push myself because if i think about all the negatives i wouldn't get out of bed in a morning
