When going through life's challenges, I'm reminded of how important it is to stay positive. Usually when I go to sleep at night, I have a really hard time not thinking about everything that went wrong for that day or I end up dwelling on all the things I should have done.... the things I shouldn't of done etc. Thoughts that keep me from peacefully sleeping. Now, I'm focusing on everything that's in my life that I should be thankful for. Reminding myself of all the positive things that happened that day. Yeah, sometimes there's not too much, so I start thinking of more simple things like shampoo.... coffee... food and of course my energy drink. Now, I'm going to sleep with a more positive attitude and sleeping more peacefully

What a wonderful attitude. I hope you don't mind if I use your positive thoughts at bedtime for me to fall asleep with sweet dreams. I agree with sticking to the small sweet and simple things. I love your examples, may I try a few of mine? A nice soft bed & pillow, my husband sleeping next to me, my laptop to say "goodnight" to all my DS friends, my bible to "let go and let God". My meds on my nightstand ready to take with my glass of water in the morning, and the hugs I will get from my 14 mo. old grandaughter first thing in the morning, after that my Gunner-dog time ..... Thanks for the smiles and the nice peaceful sleep!!!! You are an Angel!
