Hi I'm Lisa and just had the gastric bypass surgery April 2. I am 30 and live in Ohio and battled obesity for many years.
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- Terrible!
- Gastric Bypass Surgery Working / Worked
- My experience was very good. The surgery went well and I feel really good. The drain was a pain in the ass though!!!
- Jenny Craig Working / Worked
- The food is wonderful! but it wouldn't even fill my one year olds stomach!!!
- Meridia Working / Worked
- I lost weight with this. but to be honest I don't really think it had anything to do with the meds.
- Slim-Fast Working / Worked
- This was nice only because of the taste of chocolate! lol
- Weight Watchers Working / Worked
- My experience with weight watchers was not all that great. I lost alot of weight with it but got burnt out and always gained it back plus.

Hi my name is Lisa and I have a little angel that has autism.
Treatments
- Early Intervention Working / Worked
- I didn't have a really good experience wit this because my daughter has had delays from the beginning and she didn't really get the help she needed until she was 20 months old and was entered into help me grow at 6 months and mrdd at around 1. So I don't have much good to say about the system.
- Occupational Therapy Working / Worked
- Now that she is in school everyday she is doing well.
- Pets Working / Worked
- We have a cat that she likes, and she also has cats at Grandma and Grandpa's house that she likes. She also loves dogs!
- Picture / Word Schedules Working / Worked
- She does well with this. This is what they use at her shool.
- Sign Language Working / Worked
- We taught her the signs for eat and drink when she was a baby, they worked well for her, and she has learned alot more in school.
