I am still struggling with weight issues. Since this summer has progressed I haven't been going to the gym, but still exercising by hiking and biking. I know I need more to take care of myself.

Getting on a bike and hiking is Great! Try making very slight, easy changes to your eating habits and your water intake - that will help. Then when you are feeling energetic and not busy go to the gym if you want. Don't feel bad though the hiking and biking are Great! Lot more than me. Hugs CathyM
