With the begining of the new summer season I have posted some new habits.
Today I have decided to make sure I first and foremost make the goal of evening out my moods a priority. I have read a number of articles posted by Drs on this site twill help me cope. Today I am going to make some promises to myself:
1. I will engage in conversation when I see women I know and like in my neighborhood.
2. I will journal regularly.
3. I will continue to take fish oil and a multivitamin on a daily basis.
4. I will take my thyroid meds.
5. I will find a therapist/psychologist I can do psychotherapy with
6. I will exercise daily
7. I will try to think more positive about things
Hopefully life will get better everyday because of this
I lookforward to being a better version of me everyday.

Those are great goals, and I think you will be able to do them all. I really like the determination you show in setting up goals for yourself and in the fact that they are not unreasonable goals. High Fives!
