i do self injury mosr often now, but i keep it to myself without tellin a single soul. when i did i was put in the hospital n if i go to the hospital again im a go away for a year from my home =[

- ive been in counseling ever since i was five for many different reasons soo it works but then some times itsa dont i mean w/e
- Rubber Bands Somewhat Helpful
- its kinda helpful when u feel the need to cut when ur around ppl
