  The gold star is for you continous work on weeding though every possible avenue. If Katelynn is in school, call her school but be careful what you say. Sometimes you have to be sneaky in order to get what you want and what she needs. When you call the school ask to speak with the nurse. Then say that you noticed certain " marks" on her or whatever the case may be. But don't go barking out actusations or the school most likely will also take the side of her father unless they have noticed things and just haven't put two and two together. God Bless you and keep up your strength. Your little girl needs you.

  Please stop lying about fathers. Both genders abuse. Both genders are victims. You want due process in family court? STOP fighting with the family rights movement (formally the fathers movement.) We're doing all we can to bring justice to the courts. This is NOT about gender!!!   I am, right now, in this same exact situation honey,,,,my god, it is like i stepped into a different world when i went to family court..a world where pedophiles are patted on the back, and mothers trying to protect their children are punished...and the children...are ignored. I want something done...i dont mean a support group(please dont get me wrong they are wonderful and needed) I want it stopped...i want it addressed i want it heard...i want laws changed,,,i want to personally ask the attorney general...why? i to have contacted state reps...all the appropriate people..children services?????i want to sue them....they do nothing...they actually made it worse...the magistrate??? i dont know how to change it though when those who have the means and the way to change it blow it off like well....they just cant do anything...who can? who can help all these children....my daughter is grace. she is 6, her father is very very abusive...mentally physically and sexually, his wife walked in on him touching her...she did nothing..and the court? made supervized visits with her being the supervisor....i feel for you...the pain is overwhelming...im sorry...i will say a prayer...id like to give you my number...

  my grandson was abused and abandoned now 13 living with me (suffers from attachment disorder)I understand and send super big hugs.Crisk
