Did much better this last week even though I only exercised 3x. Stuck to my diet and also my sons (well made him stick to it which is very hard) …

my friends used to call me sleeping beauti. Now my family calls me the "sandman" because everytime I hold a baby, it falls asleep..how strange is that?! Thanks for the hug!
