I am female, a strong Christian who teaches discipleship, the power of prayer and studying scripture. The sad fact is I am also in terrible bondage to a lifelong pattern of food addiction. I'm in my sixties but still look and act extremely young. God's grace! My health, however, is in great jeopardy. I eat healthful foods one day and binge and gorge myself the next. I am frequently sick. I'm in recovery but really need a daily partner who can relate to this.
