About Me
I pretty much love anything that has to do with the outdoors...snowboarding with my hubby in the winter, and camping, mtn biking, hiking in the summer. Anxious to meet my little one next spring!

Interests
Many of my hobbies and interest have been put aside so I could focus on this precious gift growing inside of me! I'm looking forward to each week that passes by so that I can meet this little blessing one sweet day.

Close Prolactinoma
I knew something was wrong in HS when my cycles drastically changed. PCP said it was b/c I was athletic. Few yrs later I insisted something be done to figure out what was wrong-I was having bad headaches & feared when I went to sleep I wouldn’t wake up next morning. A blood test revealed a prolactin level of 364! An MRI showed a .8 x 1.2 x .8 cm mass. It was terrifying..but I’ve been on meds since & my tumor has shrunk to nothing & my prolactin levels are at healthy, low levels.
Treatments
- Dostinex Working / Worked
- Meds work, but make me tired the next day and I often get headaches the next day.
Close Infertility
My husband & I have been TTC for 2 1/2 years. We went in the direction to adopt after a year of trying but became unhappy with the agency we were working with, so we've changed paths and decided to go see an infertility specialist. We've learned that our best chance to have children is IVF. I hope to be a mom soon!
Treatments
- In Vitro Fertilization Too Soon to Tell
- My DH and I are on the rode to IVF. We are very hopeful and pray that someday we'll be blessed with a lil bundle of joy someday.
