Type: Be the best you can bei play soccer and i am not the best runner i would like to increase my speed and be able to run for longer periods of time. i'm also the shortest on my team and it does not help.
Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
i'm 4'9" and weigh 130 lbs. i don't look very fat but i am very unhappy w/ my weight. i have a lot of friends who are skinner than me and it makes me depress when we go out and guys would rather be w/ them than w/ me. i feel a bit insecure about it. but my problem is i can't stick to a diet and i don't know how to start one. i also play soccer and i thought it would help w/ my weight but it hasn't. i need help finding a good and healthy diet to help me lose weight.
