i was so depressed about being in the 270's for 3.5 weeks. i did everything i worked out everyday i eat 800calories with 60grams a protein and nothing helped. but today i weigh 268 wow i cant believe it. i am so happy. i didnt know if i was eatting the wrong things or what. but today is a happy day for me
