7 day liquid diet- has been cut off Mood

i couldnt do the 7day liquid diet but the good news is i lost 5lbs i weigh 324 and that was my goal.i was not feeling well on day 4 and i had to quit so i did and i did 3 and hafe day so i think i did good.
