well i just thought i start lose some weight before i see the doctor.
so just last week i start to and i loss 4lbs and to me that good, i know im 376 amd still have long ways to go so i know i will get there . i just need to get 350 before the surgery and ill be good. exercise 1 time a day 20 min for 4days a week on my treadmill. 4/24/08
