  I had a panic attack last night really bad. I had to call the crisis line and talk for a while to make it go away.

I hurt my leg last week and it has been hard to walk and sore, so i went to physio and the therapsit told me to go to the Dr because she thought i had something evil going on there in my leg.

 Well talk about scared i practically ran to the Dr and i had to wait about a half to 3 quarters of an hour to see him and he told me he felt nothing was wrong with it other than muscles and tendons.

 Okay so i muddled through with it and then on Saturday i went again to the Dr because it was still sore and harder to walk and the Dr said then that i had soft tissue damage to my ankle and that i should not be walking on it or any thing no long walks or not to stand to much but i was to keep my weight off it as much as possible because it was going to be sore and very painful.

She also told me to tak some advil or ibuprofen which i can't take because it bothers my stomach and i have asthma so she said tylenol extra strength would have to do but with the advil it would reduce inflamation as well.

 So she also said to wear a tensor bandage or a black ankle brace to help so i have put on my older daughter's ankle brace from when she hurt her ankle it helps to walk but it is kinda sore having it on but i am going to go sit down on the couch soon so i can take it off then.
