Grocery shopping today and shopping for School stuff may as well start early to get the best picks.
Going to the brace maker to adjust my left knee brace so i can wear it with out much hassle the darn thing is hot and just nasty in the hot weather but if i need it i guess i need it.
Today we went and gave our support to a great bunch of people who are walking from Vancouver BC to Ottawa Ontario for all the missing and murdered Women and Children in Canada.
The oldest walker in this group is a lady who is 74 years old and the nicest most humble woman i have ever had the pleasure of meeting i know i have been blessed by this incredible lady .
These ladies and Gentlemen are meeting with Jennifer's family today and all are going to the legislature to hold a vigil for her and most likely all the missing women.
Gotta love this at least there will be something and may be just maybe Jennifer will be found by all this support and publicity i so hope so she needs to be put to rest properly not like this not knowing where she is is really doing harm to her family.

I found another site called caringbridge.org , you can start a site that can be updated and also has a diary, it would be a kind gesture to the family, my friend's brother had it and it spread like wildfire, is free, and they had thousands of visitors.
Can your doctor prescribe something for sleep. Some people are afraid of ambien, but for me it works. Lunesta works great too but tastes icky. If you want to try some over the counter stuff, alka selster nightime flies off the shelf because IT WORKS, but if you have sinus issues it could make those worse, but sleep is key..to coping
