I am a mother of 3 2 girls ages 16 and 13 and one boy age 18 have a condition which affects my visual perception (not my eyes) called Irlen Syndrome this is www.irlen.com. I also have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome the hyperflexibility type which causes pain as well.I am trying to look for some of my family if there is any in Ireland.

I enjoy reading, and playing on Club Pogo. I enjoy not having to mow grass but i have to so i do. I also enjoy watching old T V shows, I also have about 300 movies and hope to have at least 500 or 600 by winter.

MY BROTHER IN LAW HAD THE SURGERY . IT WENT OK . IT TOOK A WHILE FOR HIM TO FULLY RECOVER . HE HAD PHYSICAL THERAPY A COUPLE OF TIMES A WEEK . Close Panic Attacks
I have panic attacks which are really some times very frightening some times waking me up at night but most times they are in the day time i can controlt hem by listening to relaxation therapy stuff on my mp 3 player it helps alot i can tell you but i still have my bad days. i don't want to be like this so i am trying to get my self healthy by getting help.

- Meditation Working / Worked
- i have relaxation /relaxed breathing cd's i listen to.
- Patience Working / Worked
- patience is alot of times something i can't give my self because i am sore or tired
- Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
- I am getting better at thinking more positively it is helping i think.
- Rescue Remedy Somewhat Helpful
- hot bath playing on line on club pogo it helps alot and taking with the crisis line workers when u need it.

i had a hysterectomy 4 years ago and while i was laid up for awhile it was something if i had to do again i wouldn't because it is a hard one to go through but it is all good now.

I have vitiligo and have had it for about 25 years it has gotten worse over the last2 years

I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and now i am having issues with the pain and arthritis that goes with it i wish some days i could have a kne replacement but the Dr's are saying it most likely would not work because of my ligaments that are so slack and besides the surgery will only last 10 years i have heard so why bother right now.
