It,s been one of those days where i don,t know wether i,m coming or going! first i,m told i can,t go home and that really ticked me off then i,m told your having yet another endoscopy tomorrow! i,m getting pretty fed up with being poked prodded and tubes shoved down my mouth so they can fill me full of gas and  give me yet more pain why can,t they leave me alone! why can,t they pick on somebody else? i can,t go one day without doing something to me i,m getting pretty ticked off with all these things there doing to me why can,t they pick on someone else someone who like,s being poked prodded and tubes shoved where the sun don,t shine? why can,t they pick someone else? why me? i,m starting to believe all my life consist,s of being a human guinea pig! i can honestly tell you that  have never ever had a year without being in hospital,they say your life is mapped out before your born well i must have drawn the short straw!! i used to be very content until i was made sick when i was a kid,since then as i,ve said i have not spent one year without being a impatient in a hospital!!

Well as i,ve said it hasen,t been a great day i,m hoping they,ll sort this lump in my stomach out tomorrow and maybe just maybe they,ll let me go home!!! yeah right! pig,s fly and the price of bacon has just shot up! only me could this happen to,old nelly,s been on form today she had me in stitches she grabbed a man,s bum it turned out he was a doctor!!! the poor man didn,t know where to put his face old nelly loved it until the nurse,s rescued the poor man,she,s a right imp but it was well funny!!! she,s in my room at the minute trying to work my television out she,s also tried to answer the phone by picking up the shower head!!! she makes out she,s daft as a brush but if you watch her she wink,s at you!!! there is a german lady who isn,t a very nice patient [when i,m in a shed load of pain i can be very snappy] this lady since she came in has been very rude and very snappy toward,s the nurse,s and anyone else who she decides she doesn,t like,well she,s decided she doesn,t like nelly,she has been very very nasty  to poor old nelly but today she copped a mouthful of nelly,s temper,i must admit i was very shocked cuz nelly,s always so nice and well liked by everyone espically the nurse,s,well the german [i call her other names! cuz she,s like hitler in knicker,s!] well she went too far and was very very rude to nelly and nelly didn,t deserve it,without even raising her voice nelly looked directly into this nasty woman,s face and said,you are very obviously unhappy about what i don,t know but as you know we are all in here because we are ill or worse dying,how dare you decide that just because you are a misrable old cow is not my fault but if you think i am here to listen to your foul little tirades at anyone who,ll listen to your mouth you are picking on the wrong person,i may be nutty as a fruitcake as you put it but i have lived my life alot longer than your sorry backside has been on this earth and if you have been this bitter and twisted for all your life then i feel nothing but pity for you! i have done alot of things in my life and i have not always made the right choices but i can say i,ve probably got alot more friends on this ward than you,ve had in your entire life now shut that nasty little mouth of your,s cuz quite frankly everyone is fed up with your moaning old mouth and it has not gone unnoticed that you have had little digs at everyone who has come near you,now shut that vile mouth of your,s before i come over there and give you the smack in the chop,s you deserve the nurse,s re not here as your personal staff they are here to help us all, yet everytime a nurse is near you, you do your little act now i personally am not bothered what,s wrong with you but i am not really interested however i am dying and i am going to enjoy what time i have left on this earth and i know many people throughout my life will always remember me i hope with fondness, you! i,m afraid won,t have many people miss you in fact you,ll be lucky if anyone remember,s you,so carry on moaning and complaining cuz it doesn,t bother me you misrable old bat!!! well i can honestly say that i thought nelly was going a bit ga ga but she has given me an insite to just how with it she is,and i must admit i have a newfound respect for her,i for one will certainally miss her.

Well i,m on this machine yet again as i do most evening,s  and nelly has just nicked some sweet,s from me which she will suck to death!!! she is her happy old self and i admire that woman and yes when she dies i will remember her with alot of repect and i am glad to call her a friend,my pain is pretty bad tonight and i wish i had some relief from it but when i see nelly then although i am literally in agony i cannot even begin to imagine the pain she must be in,thank you god for my friend nelly
