  Hugs and lots of hugs to you my special friend. Just posted a journal entry about my visit to the pain doc today. There is finally hope for me.I can't believe after all I have been through,all the other doctors I have seen and this one finally hit the nail on the head. I really hope that pain of yours has settled. I hope you got some sleep. Really glad also that I could upload some older photos for you to look at even if I had to use the old slow computer. I will get that letter underway to you. Just about to start getting the evening meal ready. Thomas is off to Taekwondo tonight. I hope you can read the journal entry. I have to warn you though,it's a long one. LOL.Cup of coffee will be needed LOL Take care my friend and hope to catch up on line soon.

  I wish these were real flowers for you. If you go into my profile there is some photos on there. Most were taken in Melbourne last month. Hope you managed to get some rest and your pain has settled. Take care my special friend.

  You are a real superhero to me Shaz! Always here for you my friend. Thank you so much for spending time and chatting to me. I wish we were closer. I wish also that I could take your pain away. I know how hard it is struggling from day to day. CP robbs us of our lives,happiness and many other things. I hope at least I can cheer you up,let you know that I care and always be here for you through good times and bad. If it's just a vent,I'm here. If it's just to chat,I'm here. Hang in there Shaz.   hey hun its good to see your post. Its always upsetting to see older people being treated like crap. My mum was a nurses aide in a nursing home and she dobbed on a malke nurse who was sexually assualting these older women, lucky for mum (NOT!!!!!!) this arsehole had the charge nurse under his little finger and it was mum who was given so much gried that in the end she left. Even the arsehole union went in and was representing both mum and the establishment somehting that I thought was illoegal but apparenjtly not. I think we feel close to those we have spent time in a hospital with.I know that in group therapy I feel the closest to the patient I spent over a month in a psych ward with and then transtiotion and now 12 months of dbt.
  Life for me is going ok I spose. There have been some major issues between mum and myself and dbt has been difficult which kinda sucks cos I thought I should be all ok mnow that Im only 2 weeks from ending with the group. I have a new job in telesales that pays an hrly rate and continuing with my wildlife rescues. Im trying to establish new support networks so mwhen I finish group I( have other thigns to go to.
  anyway hun ill keep thi9s short. Im glad to see you out of hospital :)

  I decided to send you a message 'off board' as this is an issue I need clarification on as other members may already understand your situation. I am confused, you are posting on the main board questions regarding issues for your mother yet you have a post from August 2008 where you state your mother passed away in February of that year. Am I misunderstanding the August 2008 post?
  
  I appreciate having a place to come to where others understand the path I am on with my Chronic Pain. It is a Blessing that so many are willing to share their time and situations to help those that come here hurting, vulnerable and trusting and I really do not want to think that there may be some information purposely being shared that is meant to illicite and misuse the kindness of others.

  WONDERFUL NEWS! Loved the story about the washer. Most men would have done the same thing....so don't feel too bad about it. Enjoy having your darlin mum home. I'll be looking forward to seeing pictures. Still praying!

  Flowers for two special people,you Callum and your mum. I'm so glad your mum is home and that she was surprised with the room. I would love to see a pic of you and your mum if you could upload one. I hope her pain is alright also. The only mistake I make on occasions,is leaving tissues in pockets. It's a real pain when you find tissue all over your clothes. Well just cookingt evening meal and then taking Thomas to taekwondo. Hopefully will catch up soon. I hope you both have a wonderful week and take care and talk soon.
