Treatments
- Dietitian Consult Working / Worked
- not very helpful. My eating disorder stems from severe underlying stress and trauma. i,m very nutrionally educated
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- never stayed with one therapist for too long but never felt a connection to any of them either.

I am 27 yrs old with a severe addiction to food. I,m more than 100 lbs overweight and suffer from a mutitude of health problems as a result. Food runs my life. It is all I think about 24/7.
Treatments
- Overeaters Anonymous (OA) Working / Worked
- Did not really work for me b/c i was never able to find a connection to anyone and i,m so stubborn I could not give up sugar, flour and wheat
