I am the grocery cart wheel which is lopsided and wrong. I have been trying to align myself properly by poking 9 inch long beef kebob skewers up my nostrils into my brain each and every morning. So far it seems to be working out. I mumble greetings and happydays to my neighbors and coworker plebes.

- Celexa Not Working
- This didn't help at all. Worthless for my metabolism/well-being.
- Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
- Positive thinking I'm pretty good at. Though it doesn't replace social interaction.
- Psychotherapy Not Working
- I'm better off talking to cerebral friends versus shrinks. Shrinks charge money also. Thus unproductive.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- DS community here is really helpful. So are friends -though I typically don't confide with anyone.
- Writing Working / Worked
- Me helping myself seems the best antidote for glum chum. I post journal entries and they seem to assist myself.
