Sometimes it's funny to see the hustle of a small desert town,
An attempt of immitation of a real metropolitan city.
A single highway, one mall, and two Wal-Marts,
For the lives these people live, I pity.
Okay, there's my four line poem for the day. I'm so excited for the Grand Canyon trip. Just three more days. I can't wait to just get away from this college town, and out to the wilderness, where I can run around naked without being arrested.
But I digress.
I plan on taking lots of pictures. I'll post them upon my return. I just want to thank everyone I've met on Daily Strength. The very first day I signed on, I was so depressed and quite close to doing something quite extreme. I got on the internet and just started searching for any sort of support group in my town. Of course, there were none. I stumbled upon this website and signed up with little expectations or hope. Thanks to my little effort, I have made some new friends, and found a place to vent when I'm feeling particularly down.
Wow. "Kryptonite" by three doors down just came on the radio. How fitting. Thank you everyone!
Peace.
