Hey ya girl it's always so glld to get your messages and hugs.I love cereal too but I'am allergic to milk so have to be careful.I'am a walking nightmare lol with my allergies.Today it's a big salad with grilled chicken and the works,you name it it will be on it.I made an apple crumb coffee cake yesterday.There is plenty of that left now if you was here we would have coffee and cake and a lovely chat. ;D

I have some laundry to do later and have to make a grocery store run for some groceries.It look's like it might rain I can't tell really we have a blah day with a lot of haze out there.Here in texas it doesn't know from one day to the next what it wants to do rain or shine.It's asthma time for me with the ragweed and junk in the air I do get tired of this wild season.
