  Hello Gab: Well yeah , we all have fibro, we are all great tension holders, the biggest fibro ache is in our pelvic areas........go to my site and start learning how to breath this tension away........it works you just have to do it daily, just like taking a shower, or eating food......trust me you will feel relief if ya breatheeeeeeeee!

  Hi Gloria: I saw your post about your urogyn not answering your questions. F say no doctor is going to give you a straight answers they are all very worried about liability and being sued.
  I have had IC for 26 years, I worked in the medical for years and then when I became ill I integrated my medical knowledge with a career in the legal field.

  I'm so sorry about your job,damn what happened?benzo's-your special friends...you crack me up.damn I need some of those special friends right now.My stupid ass doctor prescribed me benzo's for two weeks only.He sent me to a shrink because he thought the reason I couldn't sleep was bc I was depressed WTF!I haven't been able to sleep well for two nights bc of the pain I slept two hourslast night and the day before yesterdaty.I went to a pain management clinic last month bc of my back pain they gave Oxycodone and prescribed me an anti-nausea medication still I couldn't take it I still have the whole bottle I was so much in pain the other day so I took one,I threw up the whole day.I still have Valium but I don't like that shit I like Xanax better.Have you been able to eat?Did you get your pain pills?OMG I'm so tired of this pain!!!!let me know how you are doing!

  My friend got me some of the good shit last week!my friend almost got busted! My doctor prescribed me Xanax this week because I was having a lot of anxiety I couldn't eat and couldn't even sleep.I have been able to eat.Xanax makes me really hungry,I stopped taking Valium because it was making me very depressed,Xanax helps me with my pain a little and I can sleep well too did you get your appetite back? I hope you got your appetite back! maybe you should tell your dr to give you some Xanax! I know Drs are reluctant to give xanax hey let me know how you are doing!I hope you got some
