I am a little sad. My rehab has ended yesterday. He was a great teacher and I have learned alot. He taught me how to do many things around the house to keep me safe, cooking, cleaning, keeping my kitchen organized to find things, even helped me organize my money in my wallet.
My mobility training will also be ending soon. I guess this means I am well on my way to being independant again.
My counsler told me that once I have good mobility with my cane and get around to where I need to they will help me get a guide dog. She said that a dog can guide you, but you need to know where you are going cause the dog isn't good at directions. LOL
