thanks for the recipes. have to see if hubby likes any of them. if i could i would go way out this year with the meal but only 3 people would eat everything i want to make and 6 will eat half of what i make.

Close Hypermobile Syndrome
Have had joint pain all my life.... find it worse with cold, damp weather, and when the seasons change. Most of my joint issues are in my shoulders, ankles, elbows and knees. Luckily, the only joint that I experience fullblown instability in are my shoulders. The rest is more mild in my elbows and ankles, and mostly just pain in my knees. Have some of the proprioception issues that are often common with the hypermobile syndrome as well.
Treatments
- Celebrex Somewhat Helpful
- Yay, can now return to taking this since my daughter decided she's done breastfeeding. Good timing as winter is the worst for my joint pain.
- Heat Working / Worked
- Usually coupled with wrapping I find heat and support help with achy joints
- Wrapping Working / Worked
- helps to give support to the tired achy joints.
Close Fibromyalgia
Have had Fibro since 1996. I believe it became prevalent because of a whiplash injury. With my joint hypermobility, I understand that a lot of people with hypermobility also have Fibro.... they kind of go hand in hand, and from what I've read about both, it makes sense, unfortunately.
