Day four, sort of, without a binge. I did eat a lot of brown rice yesterday evening (or early this morning). On Saurday I ate a twix bar and had some Aunt Jemima syrup, which is basically high fructose corn syrup, with oats and milk. A small but purposeful kiltering off the path. I ran four miles today, and did about 12 semi-purposeful minutes of pilates. I feel good, but very tired, only slept about 3 hours last night. I've gotten into the habit of preferring doodling and reading to sleep at night, and I always get up early in the morning,no matter what. The result is far less sleep.
I feel good in my own skin, my desires are to become more toned, to improve the quality of my skin (which requires a decent amount of sleep on a regular basis). I want to be the best me, not a perfect image, but a perfectly imperfect me.

you and I are one in the same. I am what people consider normal weight, yet have put 7 lbs on in the last year just because of this aweful habit. Maybe we can help each other. Know that you are not the only one...trust me!
