Close Chronic Pain
I was diagnosed 20 years ago...when no one really believed it existed. At one point, when I had my sleep regulated, I feel like it was undercontrol. I had a seizure which resulted in a TBI. Since then I have been in constant pain.
Treatments
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- I would love to have a whole body heating pad!! :)
- Lyrica Not Working
- My hair started falling out and it did not help. It made me feel very strange too.
- Oxycodone Working / Worked
- It definately helps but I don't like the stigma of taking it.
- TENS Not Working
- I would need it for my whole body.
Close Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
I have had fibromyalgia for 20 years. It was controllable until 4 years ago when I had a fall resulting in a TBI(mild) Now I am in constant pain and have no energy at all.

- Yes! I wish I didn't have to go but it has been a Godsend.
- Prozac Working / Worked
- I dont know really.
Open Fibromyalgia
I've had fibromyalgia for 23 years now!It was under control until a mild brain injury 3 years ago due to a fall. Now I can't seem to shake the fibro pain & I also have CFS.I suffer from terrible headaches, neckaches & chronic pain since the accident.But..I haven't given up!!:) I'm always on the lookout for just the right combination of things that will make everything ok! I'm a retired teacher & I really miss the action of the classroom!

- No no....didn't like it
- Effexor Not Working
- No! Same as cymbalta
- Guaifenesin Working / Worked
- Helps!
- Heat Working / Worked
- Love my microwave heating pads.
- Lyrica Not Working
- Too many side effects!! Didn't help
- Ultram Not Working
- Combined with the Prozac...caused 2 grand mal seizures and my head injury.
- Vitamin B12 Working / Worked
- Give myself shots.
- Topamax Working / Worked
- Just started it. Have really had trouble with muscle spasms sciatica neuropathic pains. Seems to be starting to help.
- Oxycodone Working / Worked
- Taking for headaches and disk problems in neck and lower spine due to fall. Hope to have some sort of treatment soon so that I will not have to continue taking this..
- Prozac Working / Worked
- I tolerate this the best!
